One of the best instructors I’ve come across

I’ve been going to Emma’s classes now for over a year and she’s one of the best instructors I’ve come across. Her experience and professionalism shows through which makes her classes easy to follow. She’s really encouraging and motivates you for the full hour and you always feel like you’ve had a good work out. Not only that we have a great laugh and some fun along the way. I’d definitely recommend her classes to anyone. Basically she rocks!!

I have attended Emma-Louise’s classes for several years now and I find that she consistently provides excellent classes which are fun but still provide an excellent workout.  Emma-Louise is very approachable and always attempts to make friends with the class; both regulars and new attendees alike. Her friendly attitude is not at the cost of professionalism as her classes are always technically correct (both in her teaching and her own execution of the techniques).

All Emma’s classes are challenging, fun and extremely enjoyable.

I never have and I’m sure i never will be a gym/exercise fanatic and whilst i have tried most fads, i have never felt passionate about any. However i would not miss my pilates class (if taught by Emma) for anything. Emma has such a marvelous personality, she’s extremley professional and is able to adapt classes to all abilities using variety of methods of differentiation. All Emma’s classes are challenging, fun and extremley enjoyable. I have never enjoyed classes as much. Pilates with Emma has definatley helped my posture, flexability and srength and even though i have a slight problem with my hip Emma has provided such expert advice and given exercises to actually improve and strenthen it (which numerous physios etc have not managed to do). In a nutshell Emma is a superb teacher and if i ever win the lottery i will adopt her as my personal trainer!!! Thanks Emma you’re a Star.

Emma-Louise’s classes are fun, energetic and motivating

Emma-Louise’s classes are fun, energetic and motivating. She understands the areas that you want to target and gives a wide range of exercises that do just that. She makes exercise interactive, and makes you feel like you’re a team. The gym is not a chore when you attend a class of Emma-Louise’s, you have a laugh whilst working your body hard and getting the results you want. One word to describe Emma-Louise……. wicked! (In lots of different ways!!!!!!!!!!)

I have never left one of Emma’s classes feeling less than happy

I have been going to the gym since moving to Leeds a few years ago and one of the first people that I met there was Emma. By chance I took one of her classes and since then have never looked back. Whether it be spinning, bodypump, step or pilates (none of which I could do before) Emma has been motivational and encouraging throughout. I have never left one of Emma’s classes feeling less than happy, she constantly encourages and pushes you but seems to also understand your limits and knows when to stop. The positive outcomes for me were the change in my body shape, the more positive feeling generally and the increase in confidence. I would defy anyway not to enjoy one of her sessions and would recommend them for everyone!

I have been doing various classes with Emma since I came to Leeds in 2004. These include Body Pump and Spinning. I have always found Emma’s classes both motivational and beneficial to me. She continually encourages me to work harder and push myself through the barriers. Not only does Emma look the part but she is also very professional in her approach to every class she teaches, being organised and in control.
Emma comes across as a passionate instructor who not only works hard herself but also pushes everyone else to reach their personal goals.
I will continue to attend classes with Emma and would encourage anyone to try one of her classes.
